Meta has announced two new smartglasses models – the Ray-Ban Meta Blayzer Optics and the second-generation Ray-Ban Meta Scriber Optics. The key feature of these new models is their support for almost all types of prescription lenses and their focus on everyday wear.
Meta claims these glasses are the most comfortable they’ve ever developed, designed for all-day comfort. The smart glasses will be available in two styles: Blayzer, a rectangular model available in standard and large sizes, and Scriber, a model with a more rounded frame.
Both options are designed for a custom fit, featuring flexible, adjustable hinges, interchangeable nose pads, and temples that can be adjusted by an optician to suit the wearer’s facial shape.

Meta also announced new colors and lens options for Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta frames. Ray-Ban Meta Skyler frames will be available in clear peach with brown Transitions lenses, Headliner frames in matte peach with gray Transitions lenses, and Wayfarer frames in clear gray with sapphire Transitions lenses.
Oakley Meta Vanguard will be available in the following colors: Vanguard Black with Prizm Black lenses, Vanguard White with Prizm Rose Gold lenses, Vanguard Black with Prizm Transitions Ember lenses, HSTN Black with Prizm Dark Golf lenses, and HSTN Light Curry with Clear to Brown Transitions lenses.

Meta has added more AI features to its smart glasses. Tracking your nutrition will be easier—users can now record their food intake using voice or by taking a hands-free photo. Meta AI collects key nutrition data and adds it to a food diary. The AI will provide personalized recommendations to help users make healthier eating choices.

Another new feature is the “neural writing” feature. It lets you write replies by moving your finger across any surface, without having to reach for your smartphone. This feature works with Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and standard messaging apps on Android and iOS.
