iOS 16 Is Now Available
The owners of compatible iPhone models will be able to update to iOS 16. It was announced in June and was available to beta testers, and now it is released to everyone.
Apple completely redesigned the lock screen, updated Messages, Home, Wallet and Maps, added a shared cloud for storing family photos and videos, and allowed Fitness to be used without branded watches.
One of the most publicized features of iOS 16 is the Always On Display. Its trick is that the iPhone screen, even when turned off, shows the user the time, notifications, date and other system information – as it is now happening in the Apple Watch – while consuming a minimum amount of energy.
Beta testers who have already tried out the latest features of iOS 16 note that the update turned out to be quite good, with controversial points and without any revolutions.
