Huawei Introduced The Folding Smartphone Pocket 2
Huawei has finally introduced the Huawei Pocket 2 clamshell smartphone. The smartphone has an improved foldable design, decent specifications and, most importantly, a memorable design. The developers note that they have especially worked on the durability of the folding system: the updated hinge is made of aerospace-grade materials, and second-generation Kulun glass is more resistant to wrinkles.
The size of the main internal display of Huawei Pocket 2 is 6.94 inches. This is an OLED matrix with support for a resolution of 1136 × 2690 pixels, a refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz and PWM brightness control with a frequency of 1440 Hz. On the outside of the device, next to the camera block, there is an additional round 1.15-inch screen with support for a resolution of 340 × 340 pixels and a refresh rate of 1 to 60 Hz.
The device is powered by a 7nm eight-core Kirin 9000S processor. It contains one custom core based on Cortex-A78 with a frequency of 2.62 GHz, three custom cores based on Cortex-A78 with a frequency of 2.15 GHz, four cores Cortex-A510 with a frequency of 1.53 GHz, and a graphics core Maleoon 910 with a frequency of 750 MHz. The smartphone received 12 GB of RAM and will be offered in configurations with 256 and 512 GB of permanent memory, or in a 1 TB version.
The smartphone has a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP wide-angle camera and an 8 MP telephoto camera. There is also a 10.7 MP front camera and a 2 MP secondary camera.
Battery is 4520 mAh, fast charging 66 W, wireless 40 W, reversible 7.5 W.
