CD Projekt RED Announces The Witcher 3 Enhanced Release Date For PS5, Xbox Series X|S And PC

CD Projekt RED has just confirmed the release date for the next generation version of The Witcher 3. Players can get ready for a fully enhanced game that will harness the potential of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

CD Projekt RED is due to complete work on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Production has come a long way because while the version was originally developed by an external team, the final touches of the adventure were taken care of by the in-house team at the Polish studio.

As it became known, the advanced version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released digitally on December 14 (retail release will be later) on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X and S. The bundle will include all free add-ons and story add-ons Hearts of Stone and Blood and  wine.

The next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming on December 14th, free for everyone who already owns the game.

The developers are promising “dozens of visual and technical improvements,” including ray tracing, faster loading times on consoles, several integrated modifications, and previously announced content based on the Netflix series.

Details of Netflix’s The Witcher content and debut gameplay footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Advanced are expected next week as part of a REDstream stream on CD Projekt RED’s Twitch channel.
