Vivo Y300 5G Smartphone with Three Speakers Unveiled

Vivo has introduced a mid-budget smartphone with the Y300 5G index. The new product has nothing in common with the model of the same name for the Indian market and is an independent, sometimes unique device. The main feature of the device is a system of three speakers: in addition to the usual conversational and multimedia speakers, a large speaker with a power of 4.5 watts is built into the case, capable of reproducing sound with a volume of up to 91.7 dB. The manufacturer claims that this speaker can be heard at a distance of up to 100 meters.

The developers equipped the Vivo Y300 with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display that supports a resolution of 2392 × 1080 pixels (Full HD). The panel has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a peak brightness of 1800 cd / m² and PWM backlight brightness control with a frequency of 3840 Hz. The Diamond Shield glass protects the screen from mechanical damage. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen area. The smartphone body is protected from moisture and dust according to the IP64 standard. A dual main camera is installed on the back of the case. It combines a 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJNS sensor (f / 1.8) with support for optical image stabilization with a 2-megapixel Galcore GC02M1 depth sensor (f / 2.4). The front camera is based on an 8-megapixel OmniVision OV08D10 sensor (f/2.05).

In the Chinese market, the price of Vivo Y300 5G in 8/128, 8/256, 12/256 and 12/512 variants will be 1399, 1599, 1799 and 1999 yuan (approximately 190, 217, 245 and 270 US dollars). Sales of the new product in other countries are not reported.
