Microsoft Aims To Launch Game Pass On PlayStation And Nintendo Connsoles

It has been repeatedly reported that Microsoft is considering the possibility of offering Xbox Game Pass on literally all devices – not only on its consoles, PCs, smartphones and tablets, but also on competitors’ platforms.

Xbox CFO Tim Stuart spoke at the Wells Fargo TMT Summit about the company’s ultimate goal for Game Pass and other Microsoft services.

Stewart stressed that he’s not announcing anything specific, but Microsoft’s “goal” is to eventually bring all of its products, including subscription services, to “every screen where a game can be played.”

“This refers to smart TVs, mobile devices and what we would previously have called our competitors – PlayStation and Nintendo. We’re launching now on GeForce Now, NVIDIA’s gaming subscription service,” Stewart explained.
