Adobe Launches Acrobat AI Assistant
The American company Adobe has launched a paid subscription for an assistant based on artificial intelligence (AI), Acrobat AI Assistant, which simplifies working with PDF files. CNBC TV channel reports this.
The cost of the AI assistant will start at $4.99 per month. However, Adobe notes that the current subscription price is an “early access” tariff and will increase in the future
AI can summarize the main points of meeting transcripts, analysts can quickly find the necessary information in reports, and sales departments can identify customer needs and build strategies and presentations based on them.
All Acrobat AI Assistant capabilities are available to Acrobat users with a qualifying subscription starting at $4.99 per month. Acrobat AI Assistant currently only understands English, but Adobe promises to add other languages. In the mobile version of Reader that supports voice commands, AI Assistant will be free during beta testing. In addition, corresponding capabilities have been added to browser extensions for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
