American company Figure AI has unveiled Figure 03, a third-generation humanoid robot optimized for mass production and suitable for both domestic and commercial applications.
Figure 03 stands approximately 168 cm tall and weighs 60 kg. The robot can walk at speeds of up to 1.2 m/s. Wide-angle cameras are built into each arm, allowing the Helix system to maintain “vision” even when the signal from the main cameras is lost, which is useful when working in confined spaces.
Each fingertip sensor can detect a force as low as three grams—sensitivity so high that it allows Helix to detect the weight of a paper clip on your finger. This precision allows Helix to distinguish between a secure grip and potential slippage before it occurs, ensuring precise and dexterous control over fragile or moving objects.

Figure 03 also supports millimeter-wave data uploads at 10 Gbps, allowing the entire fleet of devices to upload terabytes of data for continuous learning and improvement.
The robot supports wireless charging and can connect to the docking station independently.
The project aims to accelerate the transition of humanoid robots from research labs to everyday life and the workplace—the manufacturer decided to strengthen its position after Figure 02 made the company profitable in January 2025. Figure has already built a BotQ factory capable of producing 12,000 robots per year, but its long-term goal is to produce 100,000 machines within the next four years.
