Xiaomi, Poco And Redmi Smartphones Experience Massive Failure
Owners of Xiaomi, Poco and Redmi smartphones are faced with a cyclic reboot of the operating system – instead of booting, recovery mode is launched, a hidden menu to solve problems with the OS.
The problem is that instead of loading the operating system correctly, the smartphone boots into recovery mode, which is designed to solve problems with the software. Switching to safe mode does not solve the problem and, apparently, at the moment, the only way to get rid of the cyclic reboot is by resetting the device to factory settings, but this will lose all data.
Representatives of the manufacturer, the note says, suggest that victims wait for the problem to be resolved, and if they urgently need to gain access to the smartphone, they can restore the factory settings. However, after this procedure, it will not be possible to return the contents of the device using built-in methods.
If you receive a notification about a software update on your Xiaomi, Redmi or Poco smartphone, it is better to cancel its download.
