LG Electronics is preparing to unveil an updated version of its ultra-slim LG Wallpaper OLED TV at CES 2026, which will run from January 6th to 9th. The new model, dubbed the LG OLED evo W6, not only features improved specifications but also eliminates unnecessary cables thanks to the Zero Connect Box.

The TV supports 4K, and its latest OLED technology, Brightness Booster Ultra with Hyper Radiant Color, makes the image 3.9 times brighter than conventional OLED panels, according to the manufacturer. LG also reduced on-screen reflections to ensure the picture remains vibrant even in bright light.

The W6 is available in 77- and 83-inch sizes and connects wirelessly up to 9 meters away from the panel. It supports gaming features such as a 165Hz refresh rate, G-SYNC, AMD FreeSync Premium, and a 0.1ms pixel response time, as well as AI features and built-in wallpapers for personalizing the display.

This new model brings back the Wallpaper TV series, which was discontinued in 2020. LG has improved the wall mount so the TV sits flush against the wall across its entire surface.

When not watching movies, TV shows, or gaming, the LG Gallery+ service offers over 4,500 images for standby viewing. The W6 supports refresh rates up to 165Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium, and is G-Sync compatible. The LG OLED evo W6 will be available in two sizes: 77-inch and 83-inch.
