Twitter VS Musk: Businessman Asks To Postpone Case Until Next Year

Elon Musk has asked the court not to hold a four-day expedited hearing on Twitter’s lawsuit.  He suggested postponing the case until February 2023.

On July 16, the lawyers of the billionaire appealed to the Delaware Chancery Court with a corresponding request. It is reported by Insider.

Musk’s representatives stressed that cases of this magnitude cannot be completed in such a short time. Elon Musk is convinced that Twitter’s attempt to address the issue “at the speed of light” is due to a desire to hide the truth about the number of fake accounts.

The businessman’s lawyers suggested that the court postpone the hearing to February 13, 2023, so that Musk’s specialists could conduct a “large amount of data analysis.”

The fate of the hearings will be decided on July 19th.
