Popular Horror Game “Phasmophobia” Is Finally Coming To PS5 And Xbox
The developers from Kinetic Games have finally named an approximate “window” for the release of the console version of the co-op horror Phasmophobia. Happy owners of consoles will be even happier, because in August this year the project will visit the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Sony’s virtual reality platform – PS VR 2.
Phasmophobia will launch not only on consoles, but also with cross-platform features. This means you can play the game safely on PC and then enjoy the same unlock and progress on Xbox or PlayStation. This is one of the many features that can be expected in an update following the Consolidation release.
Released in Early Access back in 2020, Phasmophobia has become a popular co-op horror game over the years. Described as psychological horror by the developers, the game sees players team up in groups of up to four to hunt ghosts using special paranormal search equipment. The game currently has a 96% positive rating on Steam and is claimed to offer a truly terrifying experience for highly immersive gamers. The game currently features 10 locations and 20 unique ghosts, making every investigation unique.
