New “Atomfall” Trailer From Sniper Elite Creators Has Players Intrigued
Rebellion Developments (Sniper Elite) has shared a new trailer for Atomfall, an action RPG set in post-apocalyptic Britain.
Atomfall takes place in 1962, five years after the real radiation accident at the Sellafield nuclear complex in Windscale. Players will find themselves in the picturesque exclusion zone of Cumbria. Users will have to uncover the secrets of what happened in 1957, penetrating abandoned nuclear bunkers, fighting with the military, cultists and representatives of other factions, communicating with characters and so on.
The five-minute gameplay trailer, released by Rebellion, introduces viewers to the story and basic gameplay of Atomfall, including resource gathering, tool use, stealth, and open combat with a variety of weapons.
Atomfall will be released in March 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
