Microsoft To Integrate Copilot AI Assistant Into Games
On May 20, Microsoft held a presentation of Microsoft Surface 2024. During it, the corporation announced that it was going to integrate Copilot into games. The AI assistant will give advice on the passage.
During the event, Microsoft showed how Copilot works in Minecraft. Users can ask questions related to the game in natural language, after which the AI bot provides answers. For example, if you ask Copilot “How do I create a sword?”, the AI algorithm will analyze the contents of chests for the necessary materials and tell you where to find the missing components. It will also tell you how to craft an item and provide other information, eliminating the need to look up data in the user manual.
It has not yet been announced which games besides Minecraft will support Copilot.
