Microsoft Reveals The Release Date For “Age Of Mythology: Retold”

At the beginning of the year, developer World’s Edge along with Xbox Game Studios announced the release of a remaster of the strategy game Age of Mythology: Retold this year, and now its exact release date has become known. The remastered version of the 2002 game will be released on September 4 on PC and Xbox Series X/S and will be available on Game Pass on the same day.

In addition to the base game, the Age of Mythology: Retold Premium Edition includes up to seven days of early access, two unannounced expansion packs, a set of new gods (Frey), and a portrait pack.

The announcement trailer provides a first look at Age of Mythology: Retold gameplay and several of the game’s available patron gods, including Zeus, Loki, and Isis.

They promise a campaign of 50 missions, new tests of the gods multiplayer for 12 people with battles in 1 on 1 mode or against AI.
