Lenovo’s First Legion 16-Inch Gaming Laptop
Lenovo has announced the Legion 9i, a super-powerful laptop aimed at gamers and content creators. The novelty boasts advanced hardware solutions, and its main feature is the presence of a liquid cooling system, which, according to the developers, does an excellent job of dissipating a large amount of thermal energy generated during the operation of the device.
The liquid cooling system is located on top of the video memory and is activated when the video card reaches a temperature of 84°. She is assisted by three AI controlled fans. The Lenovo LA-2 chip synchronizes the LED backlighting of the keyboard and other laptop components. It uses a Mini-LED PureSight 3.2K screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a frequency of up to 165 Hz. The storage capacity reaches 2 TB.
Lenovo is not releasing the Pro and Slim versions of the laptop as the new device meets the requirements of both. It runs on Windows 11 and upon purchase, the user receives three months of a free subscription to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service. Sales will begin in October at a price of $4399.
