Huawei Unveils Pura 80 Ultra Flagship with Dual-Lens Zoom Camera
Huawei has unveiled its flagship smartphone Pura 80 Ultra, which focuses on photo and video shooting capabilities. The new product has a unique TV camera with a dual optical system.
The device has a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 2848×1276 pixels, an adaptive frequency of up to 120 Hz and PWM dimming control at 1440 Hz.
The Huawei Pura 80 series smartphones use HarmonyOS NEXT (HarmonyOS 5.1) as the operating system, which does not support Android apps.

The most advanced camera system is installed on the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra model – it supports data fusion from three sources (TCG technology). The dynamic range has a record value of 16EV, at which the smartphone determines almost any lighting conditions and captures them with maximum realism.
Huawei Pura 80 Ultra boasts unique solution — a dual-lens switchable telephoto camera. This means that two periscope lenses work with one sensor: 3.7x and 9.4x zoom; switching depending on the focal length requirement is performed by two mirrors installed in the optical design. This solution has increased the optical range of the camera by 129% compared to the Pura 70 Ultra.

Huawei Pura 80 Ultra to go on sale in China on June 26, starting at CNY 9,999
