Vivo has announced international versions of the X300 and X300 Pro smartphones, previously unveiled in China. They are already on sale in several European countries and are expected to be available worldwide by the end of the year. Most of the technical specifications are inherited from the Chinese version.
Both models support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The smaller X300 features a 6.31-inch display, while the larger X300 Pro has a 6.82-inch screen. Both devices use an OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo X300’s main camera features a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB sensor in the main module, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 sensor in the telephoto module, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module.
The Vivo X300 Pro’s main camera features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 sensor, a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB sensor in the telephoto module, and a Samsung JN1 sensor in the ultra-wide-angle module. The front cameras on both models feature a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor.

The smartphones are powered by a high-performance MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip (with over 4 million points in AnTuTu 11); they feature up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and run Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16. The cases are dust- and water-resistant to IP68 and IP69 standards.

European prices are significantly higher than Chinese ones. The Vivo X300 with 12GB of 256GB costs €1,050, while the 16GB of 512GB costs €1,100. In China, the prices are $620 and $745, respectively.
The Vivo X300 Pro is available in a single 16GB of 512GB version, priced at €1,400; in China, the same model costs $845.
