The release of the open-world zombie action game Dying Light: The Beast from Polish studio Techland was already postponed once, and a week before the coveted date, the developers’ plans changed again.

As it became known, Dying Light: The Beast will not be released on September 19 – the game will be available a day earlier, on September 18.

The transfer is connected with reaching an important milestone. Dying Light: The Beast has been available for pre-order on all platforms for some time now, and a million players have already done so. It will be interesting to look at the shooter’s peak online on Steam, journalists’ ratings, and post-release sales. “Legends!” – that’s how a commentator on social networks called the developers. Players are really looking forward to the opportunity to immerse themselves in a new story, the main character of which is Kyle Crane, the protagonist of the first part. Earlier, the developers revealed their approach to the character’s return and the development of his two entities.

According to the plot, Kyle Crane, after 13 years of cruel experiments, broke free and is ready to take revenge. He will be helped in this by the zombie DNA fused with his own, allowing the hero to awaken the beast’s power. Dying Light: The Beast is being created for PC (Steam, EGS), PS5, Xbox Series X and S, as well as PS4 and Xbox One (the game will be released on them later). Last week, Techland presented the full system requirements of the game.
