Apple held an Awe dropping event today, where it unveiled the iPhone 17 family of smartphones. In addition to the flagship iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max models, as well as the ultra-thin iPhone Air, the base iPhone 17 was also released. The new product retained the same design, but received a number of important hardware updates, including an improved display and a more powerful hardware platform.
The iPhone 17 is equipped with a new 3-nm A19 Apple Silicon chip with a 6-core CPU (2 productive and 4 energy-efficient cores) and a 5-core GPU. The CPU performance has been increased, the GPU has received the second generation of Dynamic Caching and a new image compression engine. The device has become the most energy-efficient iPhone to date.

The iPhone 17 battery provides all-day operation and up to 8 hours of video playback with fast charging – just 10 minutes of network connection is enough for 8 hours of viewing. Storage starts at 256 GB. The case has become more durable and resistant to bending, and Ceramic Shield 2 with a new coating protects the smartphone from scratches three times.
The iPhone 17 also features a new 18MP Center Stage front camera, which features a sensor that is twice the size of the previous iPhone’s front camera sensor. A notable feature is that the front camera sensor is now square, allowing you to take landscape selfies without having to rotate your phone.

Sales of the iPhone 17, like all other iPhones presented today, will begin on September 19. The cost of the iPhone 17 will start at $799, as in the case of its predecessor. But an important difference will be the presence of 256 GB of memory in the basic version
