Vivo has decided to expand its Vivo X200 series smartphone lineup, even though it already unveiled the new Vivo X300 series last fall. The original Vivo X200 and X200 Pro models were released back in 2024. The new Vivo X200T offers a more affordable option while maintaining high build quality, Zeiss cameras, and a large battery with fast charging support.
The Vivo X200T features a metal body with glass panels on both sides and is IP68 and IP69 certified for dust and water resistance. It features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display (8T LTPS) with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels (460 ppi), a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 5000 nits. The PWM frequency is 2160 Hz. Zeiss Master Color technology ensures accurate color reproduction with support for 10-bit color depth. The screen is protected by Schott glass and supports HDR10+.

The device’s performance is provided by a 3-nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The Vivo X200T received a versatile set of cameras with Zeiss tuning. The main one includes three 50 MP sensors: the main one (Sony LYT-702, 1/1.56″, f/1.57, 23 mm equivalent focal length, OIS), a wide-angle module (Samsung JN1, 1/2.76″, f/2.0, 15 mm equivalent focal length, autofocus) and a telephoto lens (Sony LYT-600, 1/1.95″, f/2.57, 70 mm equivalent focal length, OIS, 3x zoom). The camera can record 4K video at 60 fps. The front camera has a resolution of 32 MP (1/3.44″, f/2.0).

Battery life is provided by a third-generation semi-solid-state battery with a silicon anode and a capacity of 6,200 mAh. It supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Sales in India will begin on February 3rd. Pre-orders are now open. The 12GB/256GB version is priced at approximately $654, while the 12GB/512GB version is priced at approximately $763.
