The Moto G Power (2026) is the third smartphone in the G (2026) series. The previous models were simply G and G Play. The key feature of the G Power is its ruggedness. Firstly, it’s water- and dust-resistant, with IP68/IP69 certification. Secondly, it meets the requirements of the US military standard MIL-STD-810H, meaning it’s resistant to drops, vibrations, and high and low temperatures.

The developers equipped the new device with a 6.8-inch LCD display supporting Full HD+ resolution. It features a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1000 cd/m². Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen from damage.

A circular hole-punch at the top of the display houses a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The main camera is located on the back and combines a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a macro module.

The Moto G Power (2026) is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. Power comes from a 5200mAh battery that supports wired charging up to 30W. The manufacturer promises that the battery will retain more than 80% of its capacity after 1,000 charge cycles.

In Canada, the smartphone will be sold exclusively through Motorola starting January 8th for $449.99 CAD.
