Oppo Unveils Reno14 and Reno14 Pro
In the fall of 2024, the Chinese company OPPO introduced the Reno 13 and 13 Pro line of smartphones, visually reminiscent of the latest iPhone models, and now it’s the turn of the next generation – Reno 14 and 14 Pro.
The Reno14 Pro is larger and more powerful, but the differences between it and the Reno14 are not so significant. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1272 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The panel has a peak brightness of 1200 cd / m². The screen is protected from mechanical damage by Crystal Shield Glass. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen area.

The smartphone body protects internal components from dust and moisture according to IP68/IP69 standards. At the top of the display there is a hole with a 50-megapixel front camera (f/2.0) with autofocus. The camera supports 4K video recording at up to 60 frames per second.
Main camera is 50 MP f/1.8, OIS, 8 MP f/2.2 wide-angle, 116 degrees, and 50 MP periscope, f/2.8, 3.5x optical zoom. Front camera – 50 MP f/2.0.
The battery has a capacity of 6,200 mAh and can be charged via USB-C at up to 80 watts.
The cheaper Oppo Reno 14 looks very similar to the Pro model, but is slightly more compact, with a 6.59-inch display and a 6,000 mAh battery. The two phones share many of the same specs, with the base model featuring an older MediaTek Dimensity 8350 and a cheaper 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera.

According to OPPO, the new smartphones will go on sale in the Chinese market on May 23, 2025. They will probably also reach Russia, but with a surcharge. The base version of the Reno 14 will cost 2799-3799 yuan, depending on the memory configuration, and the Reno 14 Pro will cost 3499-4499 yuan.
