Oppo has unveiled the K13 series smartphones in China — the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro — which feature the Rapid Cooling Engine air cooling system with a built-in fan and RGB lighting. According to Oppo, this system is the most powerful of all its phones.

Both models are equipped with modern components:

K13 Turbo: based on the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, complemented by Mali-G720 MC7 graphics. This ensures smooth gameplay and fast application operation

K13 Turbo Pro: this improved version raises the performance bar even higher thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with Adreno 825 graphics accelerator. In addition, the Pro version supports advanced Wi-Fi 7 technology, ensuring accelerated wireless communication

In the memory department, both models are equipped with LPDDR5X RAM, ensuring high performance and multitasking. As for storage, the basic version uses the UFS 3.1 standard, while the Pro version is equipped with even faster UFS 4.0. Both versions feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1280, supporting a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and reaching a brightness of up to 1600 nits. The company is especially proud of its innovative integrated cooling system Super Cooling Kit, which is a key advantage of the series. This system is unique in that it uses both liquid and air cooling:

  • Magnetic case with microturbine: ensures the movement of the cooling liquid. This system actively removes heat from the internal components
  • IceWing fan: a 27-watt cooler magnetizes to the case and effectively cools the device, creating a directed air flow for additional heat dissipation
  • RGB backlighting: adds a gaming atmosphere
  • Thermal control: designed to reduce motherboard heating during intensive use, such as long gaming sessions, where overheating can lead to a drop in performance.

The 7,000mAh battery supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The smartphones also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IR sensor, stereo speakers, and a USB Type-C port.
