Lenovo Unveils Updated ThinkPad Series Laptops, Including ThinkPad X13
At the annual MWC 2025 exhibition, Lenovo unveiled several updated laptops that will go on sale in the coming months. Among the new products are the ultra-light ThinkPad X13, the first 2-in-1 laptop in the T-series – ThinkPad T14s, as well as the updated ThinkBook 16p.
Lenovo has unveiled updated models of the ThinkPad T series. The T14s 2-in-1 is the first convertible in the line. It will use Intel Core Ultra 7 processors (both U and H 200-series). Configurations will include up to 64 GB of soldered LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen 5×4 SSD.
The 14-inch touchscreen has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Lenovo specifically mentions a 58Wh battery that can be replaced by yourself. Like the Yoga, the T14s 2-in-1 will have a 5MP camera.
There’s also the new 6th-gen ThinkPad X13, which weighs just 0.93 kg. This system will have more chip options, up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 H or U 200-series processor with vPro or an AMD Ryzen AI Pro 300 Series. Other specs include up to 64GB of RAM, up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage, and a 13.3-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, as well as support for Wi-Fi 7 and 5G.
A manufacturer has also introduced the ThinkBook 3D laptop, which has two breakthrough features at once.
Firstly, the device’s screen can display a three-dimensional image with a resolution of 3200×2000 pixels, without the need for special glasses. This effect was achieved thanks to a slight bend in the display and directional lighting, in addition, the computer tracks the position of the user’s head and adjusts the image so that it appears three-dimensional from any angle.
The second feature of the ThinkBook 3D is that the user can control the computer using a special smart ring. Lenovo AI Ring is equipped with sensors and uses AI, which allows you to scroll through pages, rotate 3D objects and interact with the interface without a keyboard and mouse.
Lenovo will begin selling the ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 and ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 laptops this May. Both devices will be available in different configurations with AMD Ryzen Pro AI 300 and Intel Core Ultra processors. The ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 will start at $1,359, while the ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 will start at $1,623.
In the second quarter, sales of the more affordable ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 will begin, starting at $849, and the ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 will start at $859, as well as an updated 2-in-1 ThinkBook 14 Gen 5 model, starting at $1,374.
