Blizzard Released The Official Trailer For The New Season Of Diablo 4
Posted late last week by the official Diablo X (formerly Twitter) account, the minute-and-a-half-long video was intended to showcase the gameplay improvements coming to the game with Patch 1.2 and the Season of Blood.
In particular, the video talked about changes in the layout of dungeons compared to the “Plague Season”, as well as multiplying, rather than adding, bonuses to experience gained from elixirs and seasonal blessings.
As the community quickly noticed, the mentioned video for the second season of Diablo IV was replete with factual errors and inaccuracies. Blizzard mixed up the dungeon layouts from the Season of Blood and the Season of Plague, and also made a mistake in both calculations with bonuses to experience gain.
“Season of Blood” starts with the release of the game on the Steam platform and full integration with Steam Deck – October 17.
Diablo 4 is available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The developers intend to support the action with patches, seasons and other updates over the coming years.
